When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact and event information you choose to provide so we can respond, assess fit, and prepare a potential scope of work.
We use inquiry information only for direct business communication, project planning, and service improvement. We do not sell personal information.
Inquiry data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for business and legal purposes. Email privacy@vanguardeventstudio.com with questions or deletion requests.
