Privacy
A clear overview of how inquiry and website information is handled.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry or use the Project Concierge, we collect the contact, event, website, creative-direction, content-readiness, package, timeline, and message information you choose to provide. If you attach inspiration files, we also store those files and their basic file details. Draft progress may be stored in your browser and, after you continue or choose save, in our secure project database. We may retain the page and campaign information that led to the inquiry so we can understand which studio resources are useful.
How information is used
We use inquiry and project-brief information to save your progress, recommend an appropriate package, identify missing details or feasibility concerns, respond, prepare scopes and proposals, provide requested services, protect the website, and improve our service. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Information may be processed by carefully selected service providers used to operate the studio, including Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for private database and file storage, Resend for transactional email, and configured analytics providers. They receive only the information needed to perform their services. Inspiration uploads are stored in a private bucket and reviewed through temporary signed links.
Analytics and cookies
The website may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand page visits and conversion paths. Google Analytics is loaded only when configured and may use cookies or similar browser storage. Plausible and Vercel Web Analytics may operate without advertising profiles. We do not place names, email addresses, phone numbers, event dates, messages, or uploaded content in analytics events, and we do not use inquiry information for behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
We retain drafts, inquiry and project information only as long as reasonably needed for progress recovery, communication, service delivery, security, accounting, and legal obligations. We limit collection, restrict administrative access, use private storage, and use service providers designed to protect data in transit and at rest. A local draft can be removed by clearing this site’s browser storage.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information and uploaded inspiration files by emailing privacy@vanguardeventstudio.com. Some records may be retained when reasonably required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
