Questions, answered

Everything you might want to know before we begin.

If your question is not here, send us a note. You will always hear back from a real person.

01

Is this an invitation builder?

+

No. Vanguard Event Studio is a custom design and development studio. We create every client website individually; there is no template picker or automated site generator.

02

How quickly can you launch?

+

Most custom event websites launch within five to seven business days once your content is ready. When timing is tight, 48–72 hour rush delivery may be available after a quick scope review.

03

Can you work with our planner or creative team?

+

Absolutely. We often collaborate with planners, photographers, venues, and in-house brand teams so the website feels native to the wider event experience.

04

Do you provide hosting and domain support?

+

Yes. Every package includes custom domain setup and 12 months of managed hosting beginning on the public launch date. Domain registration is billed at cost when it is not already owned by the client.

05

Can my website be used again after the event?

+

Yes. Vanguard can refresh the existing structure for a similar event, turn it into a post-event gallery or keepsake, connect a new domain, or upgrade the package. Birthdays, reunions, holidays, conferences, awards, and festivals can become recurring annual hubs.

06

Can guests RSVP through the website?

+

Yes. We can integrate your preferred RSVP platform or design a custom flow suited to your guest list and event needs.

07

Do I have to schedule a call?

+

Usually not. The Vanguard Project Concierge creates a complete written brief, package recommendation, estimate, and launch window. Essential and straightforward Premium projects can continue entirely by email. A short call is optional for complex work and required only when a rush scope needs a feasibility review.

08

What do we need to provide?

+

The Project Concierge guides you through event details, guest needs, photography, copy, and visual direction, saves your progress, and identifies anything still missing before production.
