Every listed total includes the build and first year of managed hosting. Multi-day schedules, registrations, speakers, sponsors, and complex guest logistics increase the scope.
More than one event
After the original event, Vanguard can refresh the same architecture for a related use, preserve it as a keepsake, connect a new domain, or upgrade the package. A wedding can become a private film premiere; a birthday site can return with a new theme every year; a conference can become an on-demand library and next-year registration hub.
After year one
Hosting begins on the public launch date. Renewal is never required merely to receive the purchased first year.

Launch protection
Pay in full, use an eligible third-party financing option when offered, or complete a 12-month pre-launch plan when the event is far enough away. Pre-launch plans include a private demo, but the custom domain, public RSVP, guest emails, and public launch remain off until the balance is paid.
Missed pre-launch payments pause production and preview access. A client can pay the remaining balance early to launch sooner.
